We’re looking for skilled Leading Hand, reliable, punctual, and responsible team members with a positive attitude who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are respectful to both team and clients.
Concreter
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ concreting experience
- Leading Hand Skills and Reporting back to office
- High-quality screeding and finishing
- Experience with Kerb & Channel, Crossovers, and Footpaths
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and a team player with a good attitude
- Ability to work independently and at a fast pace
- Respectful in all interactions with team and clients
- Experience operating small machinery (concrete saws, hand tools)
- First Aid – Preferred
- Well presented
Bonus Skills:
- MR/HR Truck License (manual)
- Excavator experience
- Electrical Spotter Ticket
- Traffic Controller Ticket
Leading Hand

- Proven leadership experience and ability to supervise a small team
- Plan and organise daily tasks efficiently
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met on-site
