Our Calala Childcare Centre is looking for passionate and dedicated Assistant Director to join our growing team.

Assistant Director / 2IC

As Assistant Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director to support day-to-day operations, mentor educators, and maintain a high standard of care and education. You will be a positive role model who helps nurture a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team culture.

What You'll Bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Leadership experience or experience in a senior educator role
- Comprehensive understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive,



supportive, and positive approach to teamwork
