About the Position

Our clients are looking for experienced Dental Practice Managers and Front Office Coordinators who can support daily operations, lead teams and create a positive experience for patients.
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include practice management, front desk coordination, team supervision, patient communication, appointment scheduling and treatment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily practice or front office operations
- Manage appointment books, recalls and patient flow
- Lead and support reception and clinical teams
- Provide professional and welcoming patient service
- Coordinate rosters, workflows and administrative systems
- Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development
- Assist with treatment coordination and patient follow-up
- Monitor practice performance and operational efficiency
- Manage stock,



suppliers and laboratory communication
- Maintain compliance with infection control and workplace standards
- Work closely with Dentists to support practice growth

Key Requirements

- Previous experience in dental practice management, front office coordination or senior dental reception
- Strong understanding of dental practice operations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence managing busy appointment books and competing priorities
- Experience leading or supporting a dental team
- Knowledge of dental software, recalls and treatment plans
- A professional, warm and solutions-focused approach
