Job Description:

You are to oversee the end-to-end leasing operations working within the Property Management team made up of a Senior Property Manager and Property Officer. Saturdays work availability is mandatory with RDO during the week for work life balance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Marketing vacant properties, creating and displaying pointer signs
- Conducting property open inspections, and follow up calls
- Application lifecycle - screening applicants, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining positive tenant relationships.
- Routine inspections completed one morning a week.




- Reporting - Communicating with Landlords and Tenants during the leasing process by monitoring market trends, and ensure all compliance and legislation is adhered to.
- Support Senior Property Manager as required. ie assist with ongoing and outgoing inspections.

The Candidate:

- 12 months experience in reception or leasing is essential.
- A Current Certificate of Registration & Own Reliable Car
- Knowledge of Ailo is an advantage
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Professional Communication Skills
- A Strong desire to build strong relationships with your team and our clients
