About the role
Go Troppo Fruit Market Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team in Beard, ACT.
As a full time Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the management team, including data entry, maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
Handling incoming phone calls and emails, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
Providing general administrative support as required
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a skilled and customer-focused approach
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
An early riser, be able to commence work at 6.00am
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks




A keen eye for problem-solving and a collaborative team player attitude
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry
