The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Accountant to Manager to join our insolvency and restructuring team.
You'll take a hands-on role across a varied portfolio of appointments, with a particular focus on Voluntary Administrations (VAs) and Deeds of Company Arrangement (DOCAs).
This is a genuine prospect to work on substantive, intellectually engaging matters—not just creditors' voluntary liquidations and asset realisations.
You'll be involved in turnaround strategies, complex stakeholder negotiations, and matters that require commercial judgement alongside technical skill.We offer flexible working arrangements and are open to discussing hours that suit your circumstances.
What You'll DoLead and manage VA and DOCA appointments from commencement through to finalisationConduct investigations into company affairs, including insolvent trading and voidable transaction analysisPrepare and review reports to creditors, ASIC lodgements,
