Protech are currently seeking an experienced and motivated
Front End Loader Operator
to join a leading asphalt production team based in Mile End.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work.
If you have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or asphalt workplace and take pride in safety, quality, and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a front-end loader to support asphalt batching plant operations
Managing materials, plant, and stockpiles to maintain production flow
Coordinating with the Production Supervisor to meet daily production targets
Maintaining plant, equipment, and site cleanliness
Identifying and resolving day-to-day operational issues
Conducting safety checks, hazard identification, and risk assessments in line with procedures
What We're Looking For
Front End Loader Ticket (or VOC) – essential
Proven experience operating loaders in asphalt, quarry, or manufacturing settings




Ability to perform light manual handling tasks
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Reliable, proactive, and able to follow instructions
