About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Primary, the Assistant Head of Primary – Upper Primary provides strategic and operational leadership across the Upper Primary years.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Primary Leadership Team to foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning, pastoral care, curriculum implementation and staff development.

Demonstrate outstanding leadership experience within a primary school setting.
Be an accomplished educator with a strong understanding of contemporary teaching and learning practices.
Have the ability to mentor, coach and develop teachers to achieve excellence in student outcomes.
Build positive and team-oriented relationships with staff, students and families.
Possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Hold Queensland teacher registration (or be eligible to obtain registration).
