The Role
Commercial + Residential Maintenance
Hot water, blocked drains, backflow prevention, leak detection, gas fitting + general maintenance.
This is
not
a sales position.
You'll communicate clearly with customers, outline options and pricing with confidence, and take pride in producing clean, tidy, and well‐documented work.
With strong support from dispatch, your day will be organised, efficient, and easy to manage.
To be a fit for the team, you'll need a tradespersons licence, a driver's licence, a solid work history and a minimum of 5 years Western Australian maintenance experience.
Presentation matters, workmanship matters, and professional communication - both with customers and the team is non‐negotiable.
In return, you'll get genuine hours,



7:30 am – 4.00 pm with realistic job loads and local work.
Pay ranges from $50-$60/hr plus award OT, depending on experience.
You'll have a brand-new take‐home vehicle with fuel card, uniform, phone allowance and systems that make your day easier.
Experience with ServiceM8 is beneficial.
