About the Role
You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our operating theatres, working closely with our surgeons, anaesthetists, experienced nurses and other VSPH team to ensure secure and productive procedures.
Depending on your experience, you will:
Work in the Scrub/Scout role, or
Further develop skills in specialised nursing field
General Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care
Deliver patient-centric care throughout the patient journey at VSPH
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
2 - 5 years experience as a Scrub/Scout nurse
Willingness to learn and undertake hands-on training in other areas
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to patient care and safety
