The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Primary Leadership Team to foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning, pastoral care,



curriculum implementation and staff development.About YouThe successful applicant will:Be a committed Christian who actively supports the Christian ethos and mission of Glasshouse Christian College.Demonstrate outstanding leadership experience within a primary school setting.Be an accomplished educator with a solid understanding of contemporary teaching and learning practices.Have the ability to mentor, coach and develop teachers to achieve excellence in student outcomes.Build positive and collaborative relationships with staff, students and families.Possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.Hold Queensland teacher registration (or be eligible to obtain registration).
