Exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Work Health and Safety Coordinator to join our growing WA team.
About the roleReporting to the WHS Manager, you'll partner with management teams to foster a strong, proactive, safety-first culture.
This diverse and exciting chance offers you the chance to travel to our aged care facilities across the Perth metro region and make a meaningful difference in the Aged Care sector.
Your key responsibilities will include:Maintain and embed DonesafeManage hazards, incidents, risk assessments, audits and trainingDevelop and review SWMS, SOPs and WHS documentationProvide safety advice, support HSRs and promote WHS & wellbeing initiativesPrepare and present safety performance reports
What you'll bringQualifications in WHS (minimum of a Cert IV in WHS)Proven experience in a front facing WHS role, preferably in the Health,



Aged Care or Disability sectorDriver's License, reliable vehicle, and willingness to work across different facilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident in engaging, influencing and working with teams at all levelsExperience conducting WHS Inspections and AuditsWorkers Compensation experience is ideal but not essentialNational Police Clearance (within past 6 months), NDIS Workers Screening Check, influenza vaccination, and full working rights in Australia
