Nursing Australia is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker with experience in high care, Motor Neurone Disease (MND), and falls risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care
Supporting with meal prep
Assisting ith household chores
Shifts Available:
Tuesdays: 6:00PPM-8:00PM
Wednesdays: 6:00PPM-8:00PM
Thursdays: 6:00PM-8:00PM
These shifts are ongoing with the potential for more shifts!
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
Current National Criminal Record Check
Certificate III or IV in Disability/ Individual support /Aged Care
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Manual Handling Certificate
Valid Working With Children's Check
Medication Assistance Certificate
Minimum of 6 months full time experience working in Disability
Demonstrated experience supporting clients with high care needs.
Experience supporting clients living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
Experience supporting clients with a high falls risk.
