The Roles
Our Housekeeping Coordinator will serve as the central point of communication for the department and be responsible for coordinating all requests from the Guest Services team and Housekeeping associates. Additionally, you will ensure that room allocations are completed and distributed to the team. You will ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and align with hotel standards.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in the hotel industry
- Focus on delivering a 5‑star experience for our guests
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Efficiency in multitasking and prioritising tasks
- Confident in using computer systems – opera experience an advantage
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Full Australian working rights, with availability to work a 7‑day rotating roster
