We’re looking for a hands‑on AI Solutions Engineer who can turn complex content, compliance, and workflow challenges into practical, AI‑enabled products.

This role sits at the intersection of integration engineering, intelligent automation, product development, and delivery quality. You’ll design and deliver solutions that transform how regulatory, standards, legal, and risk information is collected, structured, analysed, and turned into customer value.

You’ll work across AI services, workflow orchestration, search, and data pipelines, helping scale our standards and compliance products while supporting expansion into GRC and risk management solutions.

This is an applied role suited to someone who can move confidently between business requirements, system design, experimentation, implementation, and QA.

What You’ll Be Doing:

AI Product Delivery

- Design, build, and enhance AI-powered product features that solve real‑world problems
- Translate ambiguous business needs into explicit technical solutions and delivery plans
- Integrate LLMs, search, OCR, and workflow systems into production‑ready applications
- Define guardrails, fallback paths, and review loops to ensure outputs are accurate and auditable

Integration & Workflow Automation

- Build integrations across internal systems, external data sources, and content feeds
- Develop automation for ingestion, enrichment, review, and publishing workflows
- Handle semi‑structured and unstructured data, including low‑quality source material
- Improve the flow of information across products and operational processes

Compliance, Standards & GRC Solutions

- Deliver AI‑assisted capabilities such as document comparison, obligation extraction, and knowledge retrieval
- Contribute to solutions in vendor risk, self‑assessments, policy generation, and horizon scanning
- Ensure outputs are explainable, commercially relevant, and aligned to customer needs

Business Analysis & Quality

- Gather requirements and convert them into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria




- Identify edge cases, risks, and validation requirements early
- Partner with QA to define testing approaches for AI‑driven systems
- Use feedback and production insights to continuously improve performance and trust

Delivery & Collaboration

- Work closely with product, engineering, QA, and business teams
- Balance rapid experimentation with scalable, maintainable delivery
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Contribute to a culture of pragmatism, accountability, and continuous improvement

About You:

- Proven experience delivering AI‑enabled solutions, integrations, or workflow automation in production
- Strong experience with APIs, JSON, and system integration patterns
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, prompt design, and evaluation
- Experience with search, retrieval, text processing, or knowledge‑based systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery outcomes
- Exposure to QA, testing, or validation for complex systems

Highly Regarded

- Experience in compliance, legal, risk, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with OCR, document parsing, metadata extraction, or entity recognition
- Experience with RAG, vector search, or explainable AI approaches
- Experience with data pipelines, ingestion workflows, and monitoring
- Background working in Agile, cross‑functional teams
