Kailis Bros' award winning Restaurant and Function Centre are seeking the services of experienced hospitality professionals.
Directly reporting to the Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful overall operation of the Restaurant.
We pride our reputation on the highest quality of food and service and are seeking highly committed individuals to join our existing vibrant team.
We are a busy venue, open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner with seating for 160 guests, and a function facility catering primarily for corporate events.
To be considered for the position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
Current RSA Certificate
Experience in casual dining
Attention to detail in a busy setting
Is This You?
Previous experience in a similar role
A friendly, customer focused individual
Someone who can work independently and in a team




Passion for food and wine
Available and willing to work a balanced roster of evenings, days and weekends
Exemplary personal presentation
Love for Seafood
