Build the Future of Quality in Home Care
Reporting to the executive leader, you will build and implement the frameworks, leading Quality and Compliance.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership across quality, risk, compliance and clinical governance.
As this is a newly created role, you'll have the chance to shape systems, implement best-practice frameworks and influence the future direction of quality across the organisation.
Working closely with the executive management team, you will ensure the services consistently meet the Aged Care Quality Standards while driving a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Building, implementing and continuously improving our Quality Management System (QMS).
Developing quality, risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures.
Monitoring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and all relevant legislation.
Leading internal audits,



compliance reviews and service quality visits.
Analysing audit outcomes and driving meaningful quality improvement initiatives.
Supporting accreditation readiness and regulatory audits.
Providing expert advice on quality, clinical governance and legislative requirements.
About You
You will be an experienced Quality and Compliance leader who is passionate about clinical governance, continuous improvement and delivering high-quality care.
You will be a Registered Nurse with experience in Home Care.
You will have robust knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation, together with experience in quality, compliance, risk management, auditing and accreditation.
