Customer Service/Operations person required for busy office.
4 days per week.
Permanent Part time position.
Monday 7-5pm, Wednesday 7-5pm, Thursday 7-5pm.
Friday 7-5pm.
Start times can be altered given the right applicant.
Flexibility on days would also be an advantage.
Duties will include:
First point of contact for all our customers
Advise clients of our products and services
Responding to online booking requests
Responding to customer service queries
Entering jobs in the sales system
Processing payments
Invoicing
An above award wage is paid.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled person with attention to detail to join our growing team.
A minimum of 1+ years customer service experience is essential for this role.
