Based in North Plympton, their Adelaide manufacturing facility continues to grow, producing high-quality poly fittings and valves designed for Australia's tough conditions.
Philmac is seeking a motivated
2nd or 3rd year Maintenance Fitter Apprentice
to join their team.
This role offers a outstanding opportunity to further develop your skills in a modern, fast-paced production environment.
Key responsibilities
Undertake basic maintenance of factory equipment and machinery
Assist with installation, repair, and upkeep of production equipment
Support manufacturing processes for polymer fittings and pipes
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Follow all workplace procedures and safety standards
Location
: North Plympton
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday, 6.30am – 2.30pm
Applications are only open to current Mechanical Engineering Apprentices (2nd or 3rd Year).

About you:
Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
You must be a current Mechanical Engineering Apprentice, 2nd or 3rd Year and looking to work in a production workplace
Must be 18 years or older as you will be required to operate an overhead crane
Driver's License and reliable transport
Genuine interest in manufacturing and maintenance with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in a team setting with a commitment to workplace safety
