Completions Specialist
We are currently seeking an experienced Completions Specialist to support a major mining project in Queensland.
This role will suit someone with strong completions, handover and project close-out experience across mining, resources, construction or heavy industry.

Strong pipeline of project work
Working closely with project, construction, commissioning and operations teams
Focus on completions, documentation, handover and close-out
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate completions activities across the project
Track and close out punch list items
Support handover from construction through to commissioning and operations
Maintain completions registers, documentation and status reporting
Work with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure close-out requirements are met
Support quality,



safety and compliance requirements throughout the completions process
Ensure handover packs and project documentation are accurate and complete
Experience required
Previous experience in a completions, handover, commissioning support or project close-out role
Mining, resources, construction or heavy industry background
Strong document control and reporting skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and contractors
Positive understanding of project delivery, QA/QC and commissioning processes
Solid attention to detail and ability to follow up outstanding actions
Experience with completions systems or project management systems highly regarded
