This includes conducting medical assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medication, and providing ongoing care and support to patients.Key responsibilities:Conducting consultations with patients to assess their medical needs and concernsDiagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic illnessesPrescribing medication and providing ongoing management for patients with chronic conditionsReferring patients to specialists or other healthcare professionals when necessaryMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient recordsParticipating in regular team meetings and case discussionsKeeping up-to-date with the latest medical research and developmentsAdhering to all relevant medical regulations and guidelinesProviding support and guidance to other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and allied health workersContributing to the overall success and growth of the practice through quality patient care and positive patient outcomes.Requirements:A specialist general practice qualification from the UK/Ireland/NZ or Sth AfricaMinimum of 1 year of experience working as a specialist General PractitionerExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamStrong diagnostic and decision‐making skillsKnowledge of current medical practices and regulationsPassion for providing high-quality healthcare services to patients.This is a full time position with a competitive remuneration package and the chance for career development and developing your clinical skills.
