Responsibilities / about the role:
Processing customer telephone orders;
Answering inbound customer calls relating to product queries;
Calling customers to build robust relationships and increase sales potential;
Provide adhoc admin support to the sales team.
About you:
Previous
vet nursing or veterinary industry experience
;
Excellent communication skills;
Confident computer skills, including Advanced Excel;




Conflict resolution capabilities;
Motivation, be driven to meet deadlines;
Customer focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
