We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cook to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience and some knowledge of Greek Cuisine, including preparing traditional Greek dishes and working with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards or food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
Assist with the preparation of Greek and Mediterranean dishes
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised and well stocked




Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during bust service periods
Requirements
Previous experience as a cook or chef
Experience preparing Greek cuisine is preferred
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
A positive attitude, reliability, and solid work ethic
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
