For over three decades we have been a service provider mostly to all levels of government but also private companies and with that, need to adhere to the expected business protocols. Our Customers need our service so they call us, meaning no cold calling appointment setting or similar is involved. What you need to join us:
a outstanding ability to communicate on the phone as most of your work will be on the phone;
enjoy communication with Customers and attend to their requirements in a timely and courteous manner;
an excellent alphanumerical data entry and attention to detail when it comes to data input which means superior listening skills and ability to think on your feet;
attention to detail and geographical knowledge of Adelaide metro and surrounding areas;




ability to retain information provided in extensive ongoing training;
patience, respect and ability to understand people from all cultures and walks of life;
It would help if you have worked with clients from various linguistic backgrounds as well as Indigenous people,
whether on the phone or face to face, contractors or suppliers, job agencies where you place people in short and long term jobs, setting appointments for tradesmen, dispatching services (ie taxis, deliveries, etc);
We offer a reliable full-time position with remuneration in accordance with the Private Clerks Award and FairWork set employment standards. We are definitely looking for a long time commitment rather than being a filler in your career path.
Before commencing working with us you will need a current (no older that 5 years) DHS Child related screening and Police clearances.
Working hours are Monday to Friday rostered between 8am and 6pm with generous breaks during the day. Onsite car-park is provided.
