About the position:Kincumber Dental Care is a welcoming, family-oriented practice providing high-quality general and cosmetic dentistry to our local community.
We pride ourselves on creating a comfortable and friendly environment where patients feel cared for and valued.We are currently searching for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team on a part time basis 2 days per week - Mondays and Tuesdays with the view to go full time later in the year.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless patient journey—from initial enquiry through to treatment completion.Key Responsibilities:Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and manage appointment scheduling.Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information about treatments and addressing patient concerns or complaints.Billing and Insurance: Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and assist patients with payment plans and verification.Records Management: Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within regulations.Office Organisation:
