Key Responsibilities
Deliver training and assessments for safe, efficient underground service installation, maintenance, and repair in line with plans and secure working procedures.
Guide crews on service installation, task sequencing, quality, and safe work practices.
Provide practical training in ventilation,



dewatering, pumping, and other infrastructure systems.
Identify hazards and improvement opportunities, promoting a solid safety culture.
Collaborate with supervisors to maintain accurate and compliant training materials and records.
Support training and operational needs across NSMS sites with flexible rosters.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in underground service crew roles
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE* or equivalent (preferred, but not essential)
Experience in secure and efficient underground service installations
Experience with ventilation, dewatering, pumping, and infrastructure installation
Experienced in safely hanging and removing secondary ventilation fans.
Paste fill installation experience an advantage
Good communication and coaching skills
