As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day store operations, driving performance, and delivering a solid in-store experience.
You'll play a key role in team leadership and step up into higher responsibilities when required.
What You Will Be DoingDriving the team to achieve sales targets, KPI goals and wage budgets in line with GP expectationsDelivering an exceptional customer experience, resolving issues with empathy and careSupporting rostering to ensure the right coverage while staying within the store wage budgetLeading store walkthroughs and VM execution to keep product placement commercial and on brandStepping up in the Store Manager's absence, including payroll, timecards and full store operationsCoaching and developing the team,

What We're Looking ForMinimum 1 years' experience in a retail supervisory or management role with a proven track record of delivering sales resultsStrong commercial awareness, with experience supporting KPIs, wage budgets and store operationsA proven ability to coach and develop team members in a fast-paced retail environmentA genuine passion for delivering an exceptional, customer-first experience
