You will mentor junior consultants, shape delivery approaches and ensure compliant, practical outcomes for diverse clients.You bring 2+ years in payroll or HCM systems implementation, robust process mapping, stakeholder engagement and the ability to run workshops with confidence.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
