What You'll Be Doing
This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people and thrives on achieving results.
Your day will include:
Making outbound calls to connect with everyday Aussies
Booking appointments for our experienced in-home consultants
Clearly explaining who we are and how we help
Building rapport and ensuring every conversation leaves a positive impression
Learning and mastering our call centre scripts and systems
Weekly roster (6 days a week):
Monday to Thursday 3:00pm till 8:00pm
Friday 9:30am till 2:30pm
Saturday 9:30 am till 2:30pm
No Sundays
