We are currently seeking Clinical Optical Assistants & Qualified Optical Dispensers, or those keen to be provided training to achieve this qualification; to join our energetic team. Our Optical Assistants & Dispensers play a vital role in our stores, and will be responsible for:
Providing clinical support to Optometrists & Audiologists with delegated clinical tasks
Providing a high-level customer service on the retail floor, and assisting with frames selection
Managing our busy diary of customer appointments for Optical and Audiology
Providing in-depth product information
Ensuring merchandising standards are met, including general cleanliness of the store
As Optical Assistant,



you will possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a customer service/retail role or similar
A self-starter with a sense of humour who enjoys variety and a busy environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong attention to detail
The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers
