We are on the hunt for a highly organised and effective
Mobilisation Coordinator
to support our business and join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Fleet Controllers and Operations Managers to ensure project compliance
Develop a deep understanding of project mobilisation processes through effective communication with Rigging and Crane Hire management and clients
Efficiently mobilise new and existing personnel to multiple client and project sites on a weekly basis
Organise and distribute induction requirements for each project, ensuring timely completion and follow-up




Upload essential plant mobilisation documentation into client portals
Meticulously maintain and update internal personnel and plant records using Hammertech
Proactively monitor and update Hammertech, both internally and client-based, to guarantee compliance
Arrange medicals, police clearances, and external training for employees as directed
This role is based in our Wangara/Landsdale offices.
About you:
Proven experience in a solid administrative role
Ability to set and achieve tasks within deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Hammertech knowledge is highly desirable
