Reporting to the National Manager, Work Health and Safety, you will lead and coordinate key WHS improvement projects aligned with the * WHS Strategic PlanWorking collaboratively with leaders, operational teams and corporate functions, you will support WHS compliance,



strengthen governance and contribute to the continuous improvement of Wellways' Work Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS)You will play an significant role by:Leading and coordinating organisation-wide WHS projects and improvement initiativesMonitoring project milestones, risks, deliverables and reporting progressSupporting audits, reviews and workplace inspectionsWorking with stakeholders to implement WHS systems, processes and compliance initiativesContributing to WHS policies, procedures, governance and reporting toolsSupporting WHS communication, awareness, training and change initiativesWhat you'll bringYou are an experienced WHS qualified with robust project management, stakeholder engagement and change implementation skills.
