Finance Analyst

is seeking a motivated
Finance Analyst
to join our Finance team at our Head Office in Canning Vale.
This role provides an excellent chance to contribute to business performance through financial reporting, analysis and planning support. Working closely with the Finance team and operational stakeholders, you will assist with delivering timely financial insights, supporting decision-making and improving reporting processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of company-wide and divisional financial reports, analysis and KPI reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
Analyse job profitability, gross profit performance and key variances
Assist with monitoring job ageing and project financial performance
Develop and maintain financial models, reports and dashboards
Support stock reporting, reconciliation and valuation processes
Provide financial analysis to assist with pricing, tenders and operational decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to improve financial outcomes
Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies




Contribute to ad hoc financial and business analysis projects
About You
Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Progressing towards or interested in completing CA, CPA or CIMA qualifications (desirable)
2–5 years' experience in a Finance Analyst, Assistant Management Accountant or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and financial modelling capability
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to learning and development
