Gallery Group is looking for an experienced relationship builder to secure house-and-land opportunities across South East Queensland.
In this role, you'll partner with developers, landowners and brokers, positioning Gallery Group as their preferred house-and-land sales partner.
This is a commercial, business development role focused on building relationships, negotiating agreements and securing land supply, not assessing sites or undertaking feasibility studies.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with developers, landowners and brokers across South East Queensland.
Position Gallery Group as the preferred house-and-land sales partner.
Negotiate and secure Put & Call and Call Agreements within established commercial parameters.
Work closely with Legal and internal stakeholders to finalise commercial agreements.
Identify new land opportunities and maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline.
Provide accurate pipeline updates to support business planning and forecasting.

Proven success in a B2B business development or sales role.
Previous experience in land acquisition, property, real estate or development is highly regarded but not essential.

Base: $250,000, plus $2,000 per lot secured.
