The Role
As Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and the ongoing success of the venue. From managing the team to enhancing the guest experience, you'll work closely with the owners and kitchen team to ensure the venue continues to thrive.
Key Responsability
Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to deliver outstanding service.
Oversee all aspects of daily operations including staff rosters, service quality, and venue presentation.
Manage budgets, cost control, and end-of-day reports.




Ensure full compliance with RSA and workplace safety standards.
Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism.
Collaborate with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Build a solid, positive, and qualified team culture.
About the Candidate
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality leadership role.
Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and customer service standards.
Skilled in staff management, rostering, and basic financial oversight.
Hands-on and proactive leadership style.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
RSA certification required.
Work Environment
$85,000 - $100,000 / year, depending on experience.
