Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations
Lead, motivate, and develop FOH team
Hire and onboard new staff
Manage rosters efficiently
Ensure top-tier food and beverage service
Drive a culture of accountability and excellence
Work with owners on strategic goals
