Excavator Operator – Casual to Full-Time Chance
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Excavator Operator to join our growing team in Townsville, Queensland. This is a casual position with the prospect to transition into a full time role for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing
Operating excavators safely and efficiently
Excavation, trenching, site preparation, and earthmoving
Conducting daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
Working alongside site supervisors and other operators
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous experience operating excavators
Relevant machinery tickets and licences
White Card




Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Strong work ethic and attention to safety
Ability to work well in a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
