Role: Dispatch Coordinator

$53 per hour | 12 Month Contract | Immediate Start
We are currently seeking an experienced
WA Dispatch Coordinator
to join a well-established global organisation based in
North Fremantle
. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a key part in coordinating dispatch operations, supporting customers and ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.
About the Role
Working within a busy Dispatch and Fulfilment team, you will coordinate transport, warehouse and customer activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate dispatch activities with transport providers, warehouses and internal stakeholders.
Manage customer enquiries, delivery exceptions, returns and urgent transport requests.
Monitor deliveries, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Build strong relationships with customers, carriers and warehouse teams.




Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
At least
3 years' experience
in customer service, dispatch, warehousing or a similar coordination role.
Robust attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Solid computer skills with confidence using Microsoft Office and operational systems.
A reliable, proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with
JD Edwards (JDE) ERP
will be highly regarded but is not essential.

6:00am to 3:30pm
