to join our leadership team.

About the Role
As Produce Manager, you will lead the fresh produce department, ensuring customers enjoy a high-quality shopping experience every day. You will be responsible for department performance, stock management, merchandising, team leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of freshness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the Produce team
Maintain outstanding fresh produce quality and presentation standards
Manage ordering, stock control and waste minimisation
Deliver exceptional customer service and engagement
Ensure department compliance with food safety and workplace standards
Drive sales, profitability and department performance
Create appealing displays and seasonal merchandising initiatives




What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused leader who:
Has previous supermarket or retail management experience, ideally within fresh produce
Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills
Is passionate about fresh food and customer service
Thrives in a fast-paced retail workplace
Takes pride in store presentation and operational excellence
Has robust organisational and communication skills
Is committed to building a positive and high-performing team culture
