Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor – RIMEX Perth
About the Role
RIMEX is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to lead warehouse operations at our Perth (Redcliffe) branch.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse and inventory operations supporting mining and industrial customers across WA and Nationally.
You'll play a key role in stock control, operational support, and continuous improvement, working closely with our workshop and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations (receiving, dispatch, storage)
Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and control
Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts, and variance investigations
Supervise and support warehouse staff
Coordinate freight, logistics, and suppliers
Drive safety, compliance, and warehouse standards
Improve processes and warehouse efficiency
Support operational teams with critical supply requirements
About You
Proven experience in a warehouse or inventory supervisory role




Solid inventory management and systems experience
Forklift licence (required)
A hands-on leader with strong attention to detail
Committed to safety and continuous improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational setting
