Life Without Barriers is seeking a House Manager to lead a residential home for children, youth and families. You will work with a Case Manager and Therapeutic Specialist to ensure a protected, supportive workplace and to develop essential life skills in young people.
You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and implement therapeutic care plans while modelling best practice in line with CARE and relevant standards.
