All-Rounder Cook
We're looking for a reliable and adaptable All-Rounder Cook. This role is wide-ranging, and suited to someone who enjoys working across different environments.
About the Role
The position entails working across multiple food service areas on site, including:
Preparing and cooking food at the Roadhouse
Assisting in the central catering kitchen under the guidance of the Catering Manager
Supporting other site kitchens such as the Guesthouse and Hostel with meal prep
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment and ensuring work areas are left clean and organised
Assisting with other kitchen duties as required
About You
Prior experience in a commercial kitchen
Able to work both independently and part of a team
Flexible and willing to work across different kitchens and duties
Food Safety Certificate, and a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Positive attitude and comfortable working in quick-paced environments

On-site accommodation is available if required for the successful candidate. Salary is prior to any penalty rates for any weekend or public holiday work as per the MA Hospitality Award. If relocating with a partner, we may also have other employment opportunities available within the company, depending on current vacancies and individual experience.
