Groundsperson – Premium Private Estate
Flinders, Mornington Peninsula | Full-Time
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking Groundsperson to join the team at one of the Mornington Peninsula's most prestigious privately owned estates.
Set across approximately 30 hectares in beautiful Flinders, this is a rare chance to work in a diverse and meticulously maintained landscape. This position offers long-term stability, excellent working conditions, and the opportunity to develop your skills while working alongside an experienced and passionate team.
As a valued member of our grounds team, you will assist in the maintenance and presentation of a wide variety of landscaped and natural environments including:
• Native revegetation areas
• Ornamental gardens
• Orchard and vegetable garden
• Olive grove
• Dams and wetlands
• Broad acre grass areas
• Fine turf areas
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
• Experience in horticulture, landscaping, grounds maintenance or a similar industry (preferred but not essential)
• A solid work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliability and punctuality
• Valuable physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual outdoor work
• A current driver's licence
