About the role
Due to expansion of services offered by Care to Inspire to Sydney Metro areas /Wollongong/ Central Coast, we are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team.
What you'll be doing
Assisting clients with personal care, daily living activities, and community participation
Making and attending to medical/allied health appointments.
Implementing individualised support plans to empower and enable clients to reach their goals
Facilitating social, recreational, and educational activities to promote independence and wellbeing
Advocating for clients and collaborating with other different stakeholders.
Maintaining clear and factual shift notes, records and documentation.
Ensuring a secure and nurturing environment for all clients
What we're looking for
A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
Relevant experience in the disability support sector
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the disability support sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
The ability to work as part of a team and independently




A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability
Current and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current and valid Working with Children Check
