About the Role:
As the first Clinical Manager to join our site, you will work closely with the Residential Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care is the focus.
You will play a key role in
commissioning this home
, supported by our national Operations, Quality, Recruitment, HR, Finance, IT and Support Services teams.
About You:
Experience as a Clinical Manager (or similar role) in aged care
Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
Experience leading, supervising and developing staff
Understanding of funding, accreditation and care planning
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving
Strong organisation, time management and tech confidence
A compassionate, resident-focused approach
Current Police Check (within 12 months)
RN qualification with unrestricted AHPRA registration
