Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain provider seeking an experienced Administration & Inventory Manager to lead a high-performing administration team and oversee inventory control within a fast-paced warehouse operation.
This is an excellent prospect for a strong people leader who enjoys improving processes, maintaining inventory accuracy and working closely with warehouse, transport and customer service teams to deliver exceptional operational outcomes.
About the Role:
Leading, mentoring and developing the administration team.
Managing inventory control and stock accuracy across the warehouse.
Investigating stock discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
Coordinating administration, warehouse and transport functions.
Overseeing reporting, compliance and operational documentation.
Supporting invoicing, financial administration and customer service.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
Promoting a strong safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with company policies.
About You To be successful, you will bring:




Previous leadership experience within administration, inventory or warehouse operations.
Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chain.
Strong inventory management and stock control knowledge.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (SAP experience highly regarded).
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments.
A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
