About The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
Lead, mentor and support a small rigging and scaffolding team.Perform rigging and scaffolding work across site maintenance and operations.Manage scaffold registers and ensure compliance with inspection and training requirements.Inspect, maintain and test rigging equipment.Coordinate repairs and replacement of damaged or out-of-service equipment.Support maintenance and production teams as required.
This is a full-time, permanent day work position, operating on a year-round roster with occasional weekend work and overtime.
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
Current High Risk Work Licences in Scaffolding,
Rigging and Dogging.Experience leading teams in an industrial or maintenance environment.Strong commitment to workplace safety.Excellent communication and organisational skills.
