Centrecare seeks a qualified Counsellor for the Family & Relationship Services program at our Esperance branch. You will provide client-centred counselling to individuals and families, supporting positive wellbeing and resilience.
You will conduct screening, assessments and support planning, deliver evidence-based counselling and group interventions, and help clients access appropriate services and supports for carers and families.
