We're looking for a confident, capable Property Manager who knows their craft and wants to be part of a high-performing, progressive team.
The Role:
You'll manage your own portfolio — but you won't be doing it alone.
With dedicated leasing and administration support, you can focus on building relationships, staying ahead of issues, and delivering exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
· End-to-end portfolio management
· Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
· Routine inspections and entry/exit reports
· Coordinating maintenance efficiently and proactively
· Arrears management
· Tribunal preparation and attendance where required
You'll fit Right In If You:
· Minimum 2+ years' experience managing your own portfolio
· Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or License




· Current driver's licence, vehicle registration & comprehensive insurance
· Robust knowledge of current QLD tenancy legislation & processes
· Exceptional organisation and communication skills
· A proactive approach with a robust attention to detail
· Experience with Ailo software is highly regarded
