About Us
We are an established, independent jewellery store and manufacturing jeweller on the Southern Gold Coast, and we're looking for a sparkling Casual Jewellery Sales Associate to join our small, passionate team.
We source our jewellery and gems from around the world and are known for our unique, carefully curated range. With a strong focus on bespoke and custom-made jewellery, we also specialise in remodelling and breathing recent life into cherished old pieces — turning sentiment into something that truly shines.
About You
To really sparkle in this role, you will bring:
• Previous retail experience (jewellery experience will make you a definite gem and give you an advantage, but is not essential as we provide on the job training)
• The ability to work harmoniously within a small team
• Exceptional customer service skills, with confidence in problem-solving and multitasking, attention to detail a must.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, email and internet use, social media skills an advantage
• Product merchandising experience and a positive eye for detail
• A confident, warm and polished personality,



with a natural ability to build rapport with new and loyal clients
• Availability to work weekdays and Saturdays between 8:30am–5:30pm (no late nights, Sundays or public holidays — a rarity within the retail industry - and we share the Saturdays too so there is a good work life balance, though reliability is a must)
• Previous experience with a manufacturing jeweller and an understanding of jewellery repairs an advantage
• Watch knowledge, including battery and band changes and link removal (another shining advantage)
• Minimum of 1+ years retail experience is required
